Our Tools, Equipments & Premises:

ESS ltd. has adequate number of skilled employees to maintain the order. At present ESS ltd. is capable to perform full shift production according to its requirements. It has all other facilities & alternatives to continue its procedures. ESS ltd. always try to maintain the JIT (just in time) system at every stage of its processing.

To skip the unwanted hindrances caused by uncertain electricity supply or load shedding ESS ltd. have 80 KW (100KVA) capacity generators which is capable of serving the factory with continuous power during the production.

We have 20 Expert Tower erection teams, highly capable of Fabrication, assembly and erection of transmission tower, pre-engineered steel building, cabin & shelters.

Quality Control:

Our Quality control team is responsible for assuring quality of all work. They are furnished with young and energetic engineer having technically sound at their respective field. The team is directly responsible to the Managing Director, there program for vigilance as well as reporting for the same is fixed by the Production Manager but in this regard Managing Director quarries to the Q.C Team Leaser if any unspecified work found out by himself during has visit of by any person from concerned company employee with the Project.

After awarding the job a final specification book is prepared in consultation with Respective Company, which is furnished with company schedule and our some proposal. Our Q.C, team follows that specification.

The Team makes frequent visit though out the project where the works of any item of works are going on. They visit any work more or less three times such as before, with in and after the execution. They correct all of defective works (if any), then and then as per specification. They also follow our proposed job procedure for proper rectification.

For procurement of materials related with the project either imported of local they follow by proposed specification. For imported material our Project Director is directly responsible both for quality and quantity. In this regard he is assisted by our Project Manager and Store-in-Charge as well as consulted by concerned company. Company representative may inspect any type of materials after storing at site, wire house and Store. In this regard our Quality Control team should be informed earlier for a prompt modification (if any) there suggestion for the future.

Q.C team investigates tower grounding after completion erection test pit anywhere as they like. They make a report in a prescribed format, which is submitted as supporting with the bill for duct line. They submit in prescribed format regarding all type of test and observe and advice for proper methodology of splicing to the jointing of splicing team.

Safety Measure:

The followings steps are followed for safety measure: –

Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment.
Compliance with Safety Regulations.
Safety Training and Education.
Site Security and Access Control.
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Equipment and Machinery Safety.
Emergency Preparedness.
All operators obey unified command of the erection supervisor.
The supervisor follows technical guidance of erector, and receive safety monitor of safety monitoring personnel.
Erector must wear safety helmets. Height workers must wear antiskid shoes and safety belts while erection work ongoing.
During upper-bottom intersectional operation, pay attention that tools and components must be placed safely to prevent them from falling and injuring people.
The sling used is complied with safety requirements; and the component bary center must be accurate and meet the requirements of the instructions.
The assembly parts and ancillary devices are being installed with all bolts and pins to ensure the safety of use.
Adequate lights & signal lamp are used for night operation.
At Emergency case for short time Red flagging in erection and fabrication area.
Proper Road sign are used.
Irrelevant people are forbidden to enter the construction site. Temporary protection measures will be taken. As necessary Fencing is used in accordance with requirements.
First Aid Boxes are kept in every site, each of worker shed, Wire House, Store and Sector office.
